Salon Policies
Cancellation Policy-If an event occurs that requires canceling your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled time, 50% of the cost of your reservation will be required before rescheduling. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation, 100% of the cost of your reservation will be required. If continuous short-term cancellations occur, we will unfortunately have to terminate our working relationship. We understand that life happens, we will be as understanding as possible. We value our time with you much, but we value our working hours above all.

Lateness- We appreciate any communication, if you are going to be late to your reservation. If you are 15 minutes late or more, it will likely be best for us to reschedule your appointment. This will be considered a short notice cancellation, and the cancellation policy will be enforced.

Your experience- If you are experiencing any discomfort during your reservation, please let us know. We hope to create an environment that is cozy to you and those around you so if we can make an adjustment, we would love to. We offer drinks and snacks. We love photographing our work and happenings around the salon, but if you'd prefer to not be on camera, there is zero shame in that. We will do our best to keep you comfy and safe during your time with us.
